7 Steps To Get Started With Document Imaging

How long it takes you to prepare your documents depends upon not only how many you intend to scan, but also how organized they are and their condition.

Prepare the documents you want to image as you would if you were going to feed them to a copier's automatic feeder:

  • Remove staples, paper clips, etc.
  • Replace wrinkled or torn sheets
  • Orient all the pages
  • Make sure the order is correct
